The focus of yoga is to connect the mind to the body and involves building a solid foundation to progress from.   My classes focus on  finding connections throughout the body’s structure, aiding us to move with more freedom and ease improving balance, alignment, strength and flexibility.

Bach Flower Remedies

I am also Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner  and run workshops and offers consultations.   

The Bach Flower Remedies were discovered by Dr. Edward Bach and there are 38 remedies for a specific  emotional state.

The remedies are natural, safe and come from flowers, plants or shrubs.  They are used for the following:

Alleviate Stress, enabling individuals to cope better with life's challenges.

Improved Self-Awareness.   A Consultation can lead to greater self-understanding and personal growth.

What is Jaffanna Yoga?

Jaffanna Yoga teaches classes at various venues in Lincolnshire and believes you are never to late to learn about your body, and how it move in a way to improve your phyiscal and mental health.

Do I need to book classes in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, I recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially for popular classes.

Booking Policy

Fees are due, where possible, one week before the first class of term.

All class fees are non-refundable. If, however, your class is cancelled by myself due to unforeseen or necessary circumstances, all fees will be refunded in full.

What should I bring to a yoga class?

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket and any outher equipment you need.   

Please wear loose comfortable clothing.  Yoga is practiced in bare feet.

It also nescessary to complete a health questionnaire, so that I am aware of any conditions that may effect your practice.
